What is England?
I am delighted to be involved with the latest Stuart Pilkington project, What is England? Stuart is a photographer and curator and is the brains behind The Alphabet Project, The 50 States Project and 12 Faces.
What is England? is a collection of 48 photographers from different counties around the UK with the brief to represent their own style of photography as well as their nominated county. Some live in the county they represent and some are rediscovering it or discovering it for the first time.
2010 will see the start of the project and more information will be posted on my blog nearer the time.

The Lantern Film & Media Festival
I was lucky enough to be asked to exhibit some photographs at the 2nd Lantern Film & Media Festival at The Trinity Theatre, Tunbridge Wells.
The festival is run by two very forward-thinking people named Anthony Jarman and Sam Marlow. The event features 3 days of superb live music, art, photography and short films.
I was surprised and delighted to actually win the Lantern Award for photography for 2009.
